Bought rings with 3 diamonds here. After a few days 2 diamonds went loose. We were already in Holland so could not go back to the shop.
We mailed them and explained the problem. They picked up the ring from our place when they where in Belgium. Then they did send the ring back to us without repairing it!
Now they don’t reply on our emails anymore!
We went to other jewelery now. He fixed it and replaced 1 diamond. because it was bad quality, it has a crack in it.
We feel cheated now!
Our advise, don’t go to this place!
Köpte 3 ringar med diamanter här. Efter några dagar 2 vänja lösa diamanter. Redan i Holland så vi var inte kunde gå tillbaka till butiken.
Vi gick till andra smycken nu. Han fixade det och ersatt en diamant. Eftersom det var dålig kvalitet, den har en spricka i den.
Vi känner oss lurade nu!
